I think I heard Finebaum say the Greg Byrne’s dad was AD at A&M at one time.

So any chance that A&M hires him as the new AD since that position has just opened up there? If so does Saban take the AD job at Bama?

Bill had a mixed tenure at A&M.
Basketball and baseball were decent. But football sucked.

Because Saban is not the type of guy that retires and sits on his front porch in the rocking chair sipping on his sweet tea. Plus Saban has been on or coaching a team all his life. It’s gonna be real hard on him not being part of a team environment when next football season kicks off. If he was hired as the AD it gives him something to do and keeps him involved in sports.

Yeah if you can't tell $Bill (Byrne) wasn't too well admired by the end of his tenure with A&M.
