You are so right, GoldenDawg. After checking out cooler than cool Athens, Georgia's gorgeous campus and incredible stadium it looks like the Smith family has finally seen what they have been missing. Now the big question for them is will UGA offer? So many big time recruits so few scholarships. If not, guess the Gators will forgive and try to forget. They worship Emmit and this had to really sting.

Florida should get used to this by year 3 of Mullen. He won’t fight any other SEC coach for a recruit.

his kid hasn't signed with anyone yet ... so there's no reason to wear a rival's hat ... smith should be excommunicated by gator nation ...

If the Gators do excommunicated him he will be welcome to join us in Sanford Stadium regardless of where his son ends up. He looks nice in that hat.

Honestly, Tennessee has had the only manning they will ever have. Peyton not going to ole miss hurt Archie way more than he's ever let on. There won't be another that doesn't become a rebel.

AU and UA have a mutual destruction agreement, ie: they have enough dirt on each other to bury both schools.

Yep! That be so! 7 or 8 5 stars depending on which recruiting service you like and the # 1 class in the country pretty much proves that. Heck, he produced the # 3 class while putting his staff together and still coaching Alabama in the post season. Saban is a great coach but charm boy he isn't. Gonna hurt on the recruiting trail now that he's going head to head with Kirby every year.

My daughter is leaning heavily towards Ole Miss. I dont like it but I wont tell her that and I will be rocking the Hotty Toddy gear on parents day if she goes there
