I think you're missing a key point. There is an SEC rule that says a player must be NCAA eligible in order to play in the SEC. So if Chambliss plays, he is breaking an SEC rule. He can only do it because of what an Oxford judge ruled.

So we're saying you can't enforce some rules because of a court order, but not others.

I get what you’re saying, but that’s not the same situation. Chambliss got a court order blocking the NCAA from enforcing its eligibility ruling. LSU’s players are fighting a separate SEC professionalism rule that the SEC says applies to its member schools.

The whole issue is whether a court order affecting NCAA eligibility also wipes out a separate SEC restriction, and it doesn’t automatically do that.

You are talking to an echo chamber. That's why your whole bunch is clueless.
