Man, Dale recruited talent on some of his teams. With that said, LSU was still looking up at the Hogs and aspiring to do half of what Nolan's teams were doing.

Only thing I remember about Shaq playing at LSU was anytime he touched the ball, shot the ball, looked at the ball, the refs would call a foul of him. I stopped watching college basketball at that time, when I realized the refs always always always controlled every aspect of the game. And every game.

In this one post, you prove you know nothing about college basketball. Arkansas was one of the top few winning-est programs that decade, making three Final Fours in six years.
In fact, a nice sidebar in that SEC-storied would have been that Arkansas actually did make the Final Four in 1990. Another tidbit, is that "epic rematch" between Duke & LSU wasn't even the biggest basketball game that day. The bigger match-up was #1 UNLV at #2 Arkansas.
