While I'm not a hater on the Dogs, I feel their fans are in for a long season. 6 wins and a bowl game and Dak getting national props, IMHO, will be a decent season for them.

The real low point for LSU in 2014 was when Kentucky played Florida in the swamp way harder / more physical than LSU did at home.. That's when I knew Les was done. He's got 2-3 more years and I forsee LSU hitting a Tennessee type slump.
Let me see if I've got it straight...Kentucky plays Florida and losses. LSU plays Florida and wins yet, in spite of losing, we're supposed to believe that Kentucky played Florida harder.
Then LSU blasts Kentucky at home but we're to forget about that because Kentucky played "harder" than LSU in the Swamp. AND because of all this Les is done.
By your logic I should ignore that LSU lost to State and I should look at how both LSU and State faired against Kentucky.
The findings? LSU blew Kentucky's doors off while State was in a competitive game with Kentucky into the 4th quarter.
My natural conclusion...Mullen is done at State. I foresee State hitting a Tennessee type slump.
Idiot

But every teams back ups are pretty much inexperienced.
Not the elite teams and decade long top 15 teams. They rotate 8 on the DL, the DBs rotate per package, the OL gets their backups in every game. The RBs come in and play, the WRs, the QBs come in to play mop-up.

What's your score prediction for the LSU/MSU game?

Oh no, you're going really tell me off this time with the ultra rare "triple grinded" post.

I agree with you. If the Oline is good, this will be a very dangerous team.

State is going in dry on your defense. You guys should have never let 3rd and Chavis (aka the head man at DBU and perennial top 10 defense LSU over the last 8 years) go.
You guys can't brag about his accomplishments, then tell me Steele and O-Face are upgrades.
That's not how logic works.
If your offense is improved, you guys lose by less than a TD.
If your offense is not improved, you lose by 7 to 10.
I am drinking and will forget to check this, but I am expecting downvotes, so don't let me down.

No, now you're just ground

Yea, if Chavis couldn't stop MSU from scoring 31 on LSU at home by the 3rd quarter, no one can.

Ugh yeah but there is that 41-7 but whipping on Kentucky in BR. Kind of evens things out.

State's biggest asset in '14 was the experienced team they returned. The dogs returned almost 60 lettermen in '14. They were probably one of the most experienced teams in the country. They returned 16 starters on top of that.
In '14 msu had quality experienced depth on the Oline, WR, Dline, LB and secondary.
Not so much in '15. state returns the second fewest amount of lettermen in the west and as you know the fewest starters in the SEC. Your backup Oline, Dline and LBs have very little game experience heading into the opening game this weekend.

As the defensive coordinator last year against MSU he gave up nearly 600 yards. Try again.

You guys must not have the athletes then.

Then why didn't he start last year?
Why didn't he avg more than four carries a game?
