Actually, it may be Ole Miss being the one missing the playoffs.
It is a long season with many surprises.
LSU likely will get better and jell later in the season. They are basically a new team.

Because plenty of other people already pointed that out.
Interestingly, people here criticize LSU fans for overreacting to wins then they turn around and do the exact same thing when LSU loses a game.
