Missouri literally use to be part of Louisiana.

We gave away all the parts that werent that valuable geographically.

You literally werent worth enough to keep as part of Louisiana.

Sounds a lot like New Orleans, except the French folks hung around, They had enough sense to leave Missouri. Lol.
