Except apparently it does. Enough for the conference to realign the schedule to protect it. Enough to put LSU's matchup of top 20 teams this weekend in the 11am time slot so that they could put the game on in prime time. That's just the reality of it. I'm sorry it upsets you.

College football has changed. Tennessee is not ever going to be what they once where
The exact same things were said about Bama 6 years ago.

cfb is cyclical. your team & my team will be down again at some point.

They put our game early because they did t want to split the Texas audience with the UT-Baylor game on ABC.

so far that would be 1 out of 12? I would think the Iron Bowl is bigger. And if the IB wasn't bigger a certain un-named Bama fan wouldn't have poisoned the Oaks.

That's ridiculous, all it takes is the right coach hire at UT and the wrong coach hire at LSU and it's back to the 90's.

Is that what you guys are going with? I'll keep that in mind, lol.

Except Alabama is a state with a lot of talent. Tennessee isn't. Location matters more than ever before in college football. Tennessee is done. I know you want to fight to keep your cupcake game but you know it's true. It's the same reason Arkansas will never again return to what they were in the 60's and 70's.

You're a moron. Just because we've had a few down years, now we're damned to eternal suckage. Thats like me saying after these years LSU would never be good again.
LSU Football 1989-1995
1995 7 4 1
1994 4 7
1993 5 6
1992 2 9
Year Won Lost Tied Notes
1991 5 6
1990 5 6

NOt upset just tellin it like it is. When has a Bama fan poisoned anything at UT or done anything on that level? Just cause you babies can't admit to yourself that you want to keep the cupcake doesn't mean the rest of the fan bases are going to drink the kool aid.

Steelers v. Ravens, Dallas v. Eagles, Eagles v. Giants, Saints v. Falcons all of these are huge rivalries. There is a reason Tulane v. LSU rivalry died, cause Tulane sucks and left, TAMU v. UT cause TAMU could never win and took their ball and left.
I don't know how you can't understand that there is a much greater sense of pride and community with cfb teams and it really isn't even close. Case in point Alabama sells out every game even when terrible and the stadiums hold much more people than NFL stadiums and saints fans wear bags and can't sell out the Superdome unless
The saints are winning.

Yep, NFL rivalries don't touch college

Exactly, why do y'all keep crying to play UT? Will your pussy not stop bleeding if you rotate all the teams out of the East?

The state of alabama has no pro team so your point of reference is wrong. Rivalry doesn't mean selling out, if that were the case you would be rivals with the every SEC team when they play in BDS. Your logic is flawed.

If you think us wanting to keep the UT game has anything to do with how good they are you are the most retarded uninformed individual I know. If UT was number one and we were struggling we'd still get excited about this game.
That's what makes rivalries great, even when you don't have a great season you can still at least beat your rival.

Dude, if UT gets a good coach we'll be fine. We have always recruited nationally and we have arguably the best stadium and facilities in the SEC.
