No, we usually put little emphasis on post count or registration date. People right now, and maybe rightfully so, are suspicious that you're an alter (before you go classic alter and ask "what's an alter"...). An alter is an alternate account banned posters use to get back on the site

No. You need to have a premium account before you can quote people in your sig. Admins usually frown upon people using quotes from other poster as sigs unless you have a premium account.
