If that continues to happen Alabama will be looking for a new head coach. As someone has pointed out, we are not an understanding fanbase, willing to watch the program slip for long. 3 years is the limit

But it is also the reason why Alabama has won at least 1 NC every decade since the 1920's (except the 50's and 80's)

And LSU. You can have more than 2 rivals you know...

No. I hope Auburn and Tennessee lose every game they play regardless of opponent.

I often times pull for LSU.

Replacing DeBoer will not negate the Learfiled deal.

When will you Bama fans come to realize that you were SCREWED over?

Is that somehow worse than hiring a douchebag whose career highlight is lucking into beating Alabama twice almost a decade ago now?
not at all, seeing as thats exactly what i was saying when they hired the dumbass in the first place

but while the DeBoer hire may not be worse than the Freezus hire, it may well be considerably more expensive

You just proved my point...

You don't see the real problem. It is the main reason why Saban quit.

Ironically they should be Bama fans, mainly the once settling for the new, mediocre Bama program.

Discuss…

What’s that got to do with Auburn paying their three most recent coaches?
we paid our three most recent HCs a combinef total of roughly $45 million to go away

if your current HC doesn’t live up to your unrealistic expectations you may pay him over $60 million to do the same (after paying his former employer $12 just to hire him)

kinda makes AU’s fiscal irresponsibility pale in comparison

The CFP committee probably did Bama a favor this year by not guaranteeing a 4 loss season.

That is, of course, provided that Bama doesn't lay an egg playing Michigan.

Are you pleased with Bama's results this season?

LSU had a shitty year. Bama had a disappointing but slightly less shitty year by beating weak LSU and AU teams. But hell, y'all had a lot more going for you personnel wise, and you were just one Vandy win away from the playoffs.

How do you not hang that on Deboer?

All the bragging about how superior the old SEC West teams were.

But not one is to be found in the 12 team bracket along with the 2 from the old SEC East.

East and West have always cycled up and down. There were several years no too long ago when the West was loaded and the East sucked. Then for a few years after that, there was UGA and nobody else in the East.

I’m sorry my dude, but if you don’t think there will be a drop off at Bama based on losing the GOAT, NIL and the portal, I’m not sure what to tell you.

If I were a betting man I’d bet my home that the new coach won’t duplicate the type of success Saban had at Bama

Now, I know there are scores of you who believe Bama made the Bear and Saban, and that’s fine to believe it.

But it’s simply not true.
