Horrible way to lose. That’s something that will stick with him, and I really hate it for him.

Fun series to watch, Gators and Tigers. Good luck UF in Omaha!

Doesn't help that apparently Florida has a janky arse HS fence our there. I think most college softball fields have higher fences than that

that's just baseball though. Some let mistakes like that haunt them(see Jake Slaughter), and some use it to get even better. I think Steven will use it as a motivation. He's gonna be great for them

It’s tough to judge a ball hit that hard when you know you’re close to the wall. He was just trying to make the catch, and unfortunately lost his concentration for a split second.

Well that was nothing close to Bill Buckner’s error. It was a very tough play. I am sure the ball was probably jumping around as it was scorched.

Feel for him too. I am sure he would say I blew it but it was just a unfortunate play that happens in baseball. Not too often but every once in a while.
