Meyer probably has emotional/mental problems. The time he was rushed to the hospital with an emergency they said he was intubated, but was extubated shortly after arriving to the hospital. That sounds like he overdosed on some medication that affected his breathing. Once it was counteracted with Narcan, an opioid antagonist, there was no need to be intubated. The guy probably needs some grinding by sluts to ease his stress level. It is better than drugs

I wonder if hot young ladies (relatively young ladies?) are cool with old men like Orgeron and Meyers having to take the viagrin in order to play ball.

Stuff like this is why every coach out there is envious of 1970s Barry Switzer. No cell phones, no social media, no Herpes, no AIDS...

Is a man who gets a little touchy feely with a girl who's grinding on him "a bad look"?

I don’t care what happens to him one way or the other but when he’s 57, married, a public figure and it gets plastered on the internet, yes it’s a bad look.

His team just dropped to 0-4, with a rookie QB, and they played in Ohio.

Rather than fly back with his team and get them regrouped, he stayed behind to party up and "re-grope".

You can't be THAT guy, and THIS guy.

Dude-

Look. You obviously don't understand what happened.

Urban met up with that girl WHO HE ALREADY KNEW. So, he was cheating on his wife when he was SUPPOSED to travel back to Jacksonville with his TEAM to prep for their ARCH RIVALS this week.

Players are NOT allowed to do what he just did, and now it's also a HUGE distraction. If a player did it they'll be in huge trouble, too, but THIS guy is the LEADER. LOL. Some leadership.

He's fricked. And if Shelley has any sense she'll bounce, too (he has had affairs before and made promises to her).

What absolutely is not allowed is for his players to be laughing at him in the locker room. If you've followed NFL football for longer than 15 minutes, you understand this.

Again...it's about leadership and the respect of his players. They laughed their asses off at him after he met with them. You can't have that in an NFL locker room. If you can't grasp that, there's no helping you.

It’s less about him going out, and more about the hypocrisy of the situation. He’s preaching about bringing a new culture to Jacksonville, then is out there doing stuff that he preaches against. Players had to fly back to Jax together on the plane, but the head coach stayed behind (according to a lot of NFL players, this never happens, and if it does, players and coaches are given the choice to fly back or stay. He stayed while making his entire team fly back) and made a fool of himself... all while his team is 0-4. He lost a lot of respect from the owner, and the players in the locker room for this.

The only way Urban gets out of this is to embrace it. "I like fingering buttholes through denim and my wife is cool with me doing it to sluts in bars"

It's how Rex Ryan survived the foot stuff with his wife. He just owned it and now laughs about it on ESPN.

Well it looks like you know a lot more about this than I did. I was under the assumption that he was hired to coach an NFL football team.

Thanks for clearing that up Church Lady.

Exactly. He could have done much worse such as robbing a woman at gun point like Saint George Floyd did...

If you can't understand why it's a bad look with (A), the #metoo movement going on and (B) his defense of his former assistant that treated his ex like shite then (C), you're too blind to understand any of this. It's just the times we live in.

I agree it’s ridiculous. Too much moralizing going on in sports. To me, it’s just an over correction to decades of totally ignoring personal conduct, whether it’s in business, government, or sport. It was right to demand more of men in positions of responsibility, but it was wrong to take it to such extremes and hypocrisy. I think in time it will balance out, and I think the Jags sticking by Urban while condemning his actions is a move in that direction.
