He’s referring to the point that we have at least two first round picks in our secondary. It’s considered the strongest part of our team.

I was at the game...ANY SEC team, including Tennessee, would have won that game. That team should not have been scheduled. Having said that, yes, this team is better than last year.

Georgia Southern is definitely a better team than Georgia State and Portland State.

I don’t know man, they looked like a high school team. The offense was slow and predictable, at least from where I was sitting. I guess time will tell.

They will beat Texas by 10+ and it could get ugly. You heard it here first.

I hope you're right but it's way too early. We played against air last night.

The difference is that for the first time since the Saban era we treated a rent-a-win opponent the way it's supposed to be treated. Get up early, pull the starting QB some time in the third quarter and let the backup play to get experience (and he was not good, by the way).

So let's pump the brakes a tad until at least next week.

So you admit that Texas will have a home field advantage, a coaching advantage, an offensive advantage and a special teams advantage while LSU will enjoy a defensive advantage?

I will grant you home field and coaching. Everything else is debatable and how much of the other three overwhelm your advantage in the other two will determine the outcome of the game.

I will take LSU's defense. Our special teams coverage will be fine, but I'm curious to see if the new FG kicker has to make a big kick and how he handles it. And we'll see about our new-fangled offense.

I think anyone who thinks LSU will go in and blow out Texas is a fool, but LSU can go in and win, period. I'm in a wait-and-see mode after last night. Of course, most people in our fanbase think we can go ahead and claim the national title because we can throw a forward pass or two against air.

I’m sorry you’ve wasted so much time trying to convince us that Texas isn’t going to get absolutely bitch-slapped, but it’s jusy the cold reality that you’re better off accepting before next Saturday comes.

The entire LSU secondary is 5 stars jackass. Yeah LSU has a sick secondary. Go ahead and throw.

Since when did the gamecocks become obsessed with LSU? We hardly ever play so I have no ill will towards your team or fans. You have been acting like an ex girlfriend that got dumped , and saying a bunch of outlandish stuff to make yourself feel better. I’m trying to figure out where you’re coming from.

I expect this from every SEC west team besides bama, but South Carolina????

So when LSU waxes UT, will you give O credit?

I think he’s a gamecock fan, so he’s just lashing out. Their season began and ended last night.

Can you help me win a bet and confirm whether or not you successfully completed your education at the University of Texas?

Texas will undoubtedly throw the ball more often than that.
Here's hoping.

Means a couple things.

1. You're targeting our strength
2. You're behind and have to throw
