Duplantis ran a 6.76 60 in high school and Curiel ran in the 6.5s three years ago. Curiel is fast, has more pop, and was deservedly so a much much higher rated prospect than Duplantis. Duplantis far exceeded expectations. Hopefully Curiel at least lives up to his.

Absolutely not. Rankings as a whole matter a ton. Sure you can break down individual players that are outliers. 5 star players succeed at a much higher rate than 4 stars and 4 stars succeed at a much higher rate than 3 stars and so on.

Only ESPN has him as a three star and their rankings are typically regarded as the worst rankings. He’s a top 200 national prospect on both On3 and 247sports.

Watching NFL and have 4 games on at once. Within 5 seconds of each other there was a Burrow passing TD, JD5 passing TD, and Stingley making a big play. To top it off Cade York hits the extra point for the Bengals. CSB.
