One of the greatest days of my LSU fandom. A complete asskicking unlike anything I’d ever seen followed by an email from the LSU athletic department that my dad and I got tickets to the national championship game.

LSU hasn’t posted a season with 7 or fewer wins in over 20 years.

Dumbass.

It would have been so fitting to hang 80 on them just for payback to all the teams OU used to run the score up on. Their fans are among the most entitled out of all major programs. So delusional. They deserved what they got.

That was an embarrassing beatdown. One of several in recent years, including getting battered multiple times by Clemson.

The problem is OU designed a small defense to cover multiple receivers in this shitty conference. It works ok until we go up against real teams.

As a fan, its disgusting because this program was historically one of the most physical defenses in the country. Been a long time since we've seen that.

And everybody keep talking about how we have to replace the guys that left. They forget that we scored a lot of points last year and a lot of guys got valuable playing time.

The team ranked one spot below OU, lost by 30 to LSU the day before.

pretty cool. and to just think how theyll drop back down to a 7-8 win team this year.....as usual.

meanwhile Dabo will be in CFP again and most likely win.....as usual.

BOOM!

And you'll be balls deep in your sister...... as usual

I always wonder why can’t they build a dominant defense given the resources they have there? It can’t be that hard to be half decent on that side of the ball. A lot of it is lack of size and lack of development on defense. They some good get kids and it’s like they never improve. It’s not rocket science.

Just my opinion, but I think it comes down to the trenches. OU in recent years cannot land more than 1-2 high level defensive tackles. They all go to LSU, Bama, Ohio State, Clemson, Florida, and a few others (Georgia, etc.)

So, when we line up against the best teams, we have 1-2 elite players on the defensive line, while the opponent has 4-5.

Those guys are hard to snag, and go to the teams that have the best pipeline into the NFL. Translated: SEC

f they played 50 times in a playoff setting you could argue that LSU wins every single one. Obviously the committee didn’t have a choice last year but it’s time to start discrediting the Big 12. In its last 6 playoffs/NCG appearances Oklahoma has kept it within single digits once

Does no good to discredit them if there's no one else.

Yeah, you can't pick on Oklahoma making it.

If you only took 2 teams, it would have been LSU and Ohio State this year. Clemson was #3, and they beat Ohio State.
That guarantees a 4th team is required.

You’re not like the other ou fans I encounter. They refuse to admit the SEC is the real deal and try to argue that the big12 is good as a conference. You take out OU and you have the American plus a has-been Texas.

I rewatched that entire game yesterday. LSU could easily have scored at least 3 more TD's for 84 points. We played conservative and with many backups all during the second half.

Normally, I am against running up the score. But Oklahoma has done that for years/decades. We should have run up the score.

Weak...LSU was favored against Clemson
and the game
Was still in doubt in the fourth quarter

On the other hand ...44-16 was a shock Heard round the world as the “Greatest CFB Team Ever” from the “Greatest CFB Powerhouse University” coached by the “Greatest Head Coach ever” representing the “Greatest CFB Conference” was humiliated on National TV by a team from a BASKETBALL conference.

Post is shite. Clemson was exposed as a poser. Saint Dabo was out coached.
