Yeah, she used to be in charge of the SEC Officials.

I don't know who we would have in AR, off the top of my head I think we would consider

Pat Summerall
Brooks Robinson
Scotty Pippen
Sidney Moncrief

Some other notables.

Orville Henry
Elwin "Preacher" Roe
Lance Alworth
Maurice "Footsie" Britt (Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient too)
Barry Switzer (maybe???)
Jerome "Dizzy" Dean
Jerry Jones (actually born in CA but raised in AR)

Jim Lindsey (I'll be crucified for this one)
Ken Hatfield (not so much)

And no, I don't think John Daly makes it.

Do Auburn people not claim Barkley? Isn't he one of the Top 50 NBA players all time? He always talks about Alabama and is constantly on TV. He was kind of a punk at one point, but he is an awesome commentator. People would never put him on a mountain, but he was a gamer.

I also think Doug Williams is a huge person from LA. Isn't he the only black QB to win the Super Bowl? He was also the Super Bowl MVP.

I just posted the same thing on MSB and didn't even see yours first, so I guess that would be the majority opinion if most were asked.

I think Bo Jackson could be considered for a spot, possibly over Joe Louis. Although a lot of old timers/boxing enthusiasts would go nuts.

If you give Jesse Owens to Ohio you have to take Carl Lewis over Bo IMO.

"But even if money grew on friggin trees and the mountain was donated do you think a monument in the state of Alabama would be made in honor of these four men?"

I thought Meth Mountain was dedicated to them?
