Woodward probably already has his list…I know Clark can’t control performance of athletes, but this is LSU and a 4th sub par effort in a row isn’t the standard
How likely would it be for mawae to leave asu? How good of a recruiter is he?

LSU would be a great place for Hoiberg to land back in college....
Without explicitly saying it, the ESPN announcers contrasted the coaching of JJ to Marshall all game...was embarrassing..seemed to defend Simmons as well....
Bianco will come home....

I read it too, should be an all-star this year!

Just goes to show that there was more to this story than we know yet...I dont think that this collection of players wanted to play together again....
would this have been a better TEAM without Ben?

Honestly, shouldn't even accept an NIT bid! Easily the most disappointing team in the NCAA this year..not even close...just end it already!

Leads to an interesting question: would this be a better TEAM without Ben? Underdog mentality was what DB thrived with....
I give you the 2 neutral court losses and even Wake without Victor and Hornsby, but Houston and C of C have to be wins with a guy like Simmons...we win those and we are not even discussing bubbles...none of the 5 teams mentioned here are tournament teams...will be a difficult path when this resume is brought up in the room
I was thinking convert to TE kind of like peterson from a few years back...more in line with how cam's offense is designed!

Simmons will be a much better NBA player than college...his jumpshot will improve in time, but not enough to help the Tigers!
expectation was: top 15 team, top 4 seed
is: NIT, these losses will be to tough to overcome....games with wake, ou, vandy and 2 with uk are looming...I just dont see a realisit path to the NCAA with this team

Kind of early, but looking at the schedule..2 against kentucky, 2 against A&M, Vandy, 2 against Florida, OU, Wake...its already time to worry about the bubble...0-2 against RPI top 50....games against teams like nc st, marq and c of c are what the committee always points to....0-3

Maybe the recruiting class was too damn strong to abandon for another coach....hope the offensive philosophy changes or for next year's saturdays just put in a tape of this year's games instead of watching...
...that Jimbo said NO
I could see Sumlin at USC, Herman to A&M and Hudspeth to Houston....
Same thing that will happen to Mickey if he leaves this year!
With none of those teams making it into the tournament, I respectfully disagree..they were bad losses
