Now you're not even making sense.

I dont think it'll happen nor would I agree with it. But what I outlined is the only way. The committee has said in the past they take what injuries a team had during a loss into account. That's one of the reasons they let Bama in last year despite losing to Auburn soundly.

Only way we beat Bama and don't get in is if we lose to Tech. So, there's basically zero chance that happens.

Kinda hard to justify leaving out the team that beat “one of the greatest teams in history” from a 4 team playoff
If Georgia wins, it'll be about Tua being injured and how Tua would have 4 weeks to recover before the playoffs. With a healthy Tua, Bama is clearly the best team in the country. Probably by a lot. This scenario is absolutely possible.

I think you're right craigbiggio. it would be chaos though.

Chaos is coming. The top 10 went unchanged for the first time. It's going to happen.

Unless UGA drops another game, they aren't getting left out with a win over Bama!

Why leave out a conf. champion for the conf. game loser?

It's a given fact that ND gets in depending on their record. WHY the NCAA is allowing this is bizarre.

Either Bama should be out for losing the conference, or ND because they're not in one.

Notre Dame might be the Big X champ this year.

Undefeated UCF vs. a slighted Bama team that was put on the outside looking in...If for instance one of the aforementioned scenarios were to have happen. It’d be awesome

If Clemson, Notre Dame, Michigan, and UGA win out, I think Bama gets left out...I could see Bama getting in with a loss to UGA in most scenarios, but not that particular one...

Agree only because one of the 4 is Notre Dame. They aren’t giving up any opportunity to put Notre Dame in the playoffs regardless of who gets screwed and no way they leave out a 1 loss conference champ Michigan for a 1 loss non conference champ.

Not true. If they finish with one loss and so does UA and they (Georgia) hold the head to head W means they are a lock. Bama would be then compared to other one loss clubs like Mich. In a close loss situation they would beat out Mich likely. So the seeds would be #1 CU #2 ND #3 UGA #4 UA. Georgia would be close to a lock to beat ND. And in great shape in the final vs CU-Bama winner which would be a very emotional game for both. Georgia wins they are in.

If the committee really picked the 4 best teams, then at least 3 would be from the SEC every year.
