I’d like to think you’re aware that Kiffin managed to do that in half the time with the program coming off sanctions brought on by Freeze’s staff and are just ignoring that fact.

If you know anything about recruiting in Mississippi you know the best recruits are cherry picked by the bigger SEC schools plus you have two equal SEC programs in Mississippi. This is why I believe it's so hard for Ole Miss or MSU to become a football powerhouse. At Auburn Freeze will be representing a big dog and he can be in play to get any 5 star in the southeast.

Ole Miss has an all time losing record versus the entirety of the SEC other than South Carolina, Miss State, Vandy, and Kentucky. Against the Big Three of the West, Ole Miss is:
Alabama: 10-57-2
Auburn: 11-35-0
LSU: 41-65-4
(That’s a 28% winning percentage against those three, BTW)
Face it, Ole Miss isn’t a very good football program. Going 19-18 at a place like Ole Miss is impressive.
