if you think they're going to have a bad year you're high.

Bama better win it all, or get to a BCS game, this year, because there is going to be a pretty big downgrade in talent on their team next season. They lose a lot of their playmakers and starters (could possibly lose 7 of their back 8 on defense, Trent, both starting receivers, etc, etc...).

I know trent richardson is expected to be a monster next year, but mark ingram was a heisman winner.. There will be a drop off at that position.
No way and in fact improve with the speedy Dee Hart. His outside running will open up the middle. I think qb play is going to be less of a factor then most think. Their biggest ? is at WR. Defense will be crazy good. I still think they will drop 2, just a hunch no explanation.

you are far too modest. It's ok to admit you guys are good. I see you guys losing 1 game only.

Negative. They will be as strong in the backfield this year as they were last year.

Ingram/Richardson > Richardson/whomever is the back-up

Lacy is the back up and he is very good. You add Hart into the mix there will be no drop off at this position.

This, but this may also be offset because they will have better line play..

I still agree, however

Lacy/Ingram/Richardson > Hart/Richardson/Lacy

Ingram was hurt most of the season. If he was at top form yes, but he was not. You will see in their run production this year that I am right. Dee Hart brings a whole new element to Bama's run game. It will be better than last year.

Our OL will be much better than last year's. Youth and injuries hurt us there last year. We started 3 Freshman on the OL vs. the barn. Bama will lose, at the most, 1 game this year. Their schedule is much easier and they're a much more experienced team. Bama only started THREE Seniors last year, and it showed in lack of leadership.

10 wins in a "so so" season means I like where the Alabama program is right now. I see no reason Bamma shouldn't win at least 10 games this year as long as we stay injury free at key positions. It's going to be a fun ride this fall, hope everybody feels that way about their favorite team.

I like how no one has given an explanation on why a 10 win season is so so.

You mean the same fans that immortalized Gene Stallings after his 92 title only to run him out of town 3 years after.

VERY unlikely but not impossible, could def lose 3 games again. Not sure what the reaction would be.

Yes, Alabama is going to fall off the face of the earth in 2012. All those recruiting classes were the product of the 'Bama bump. We'll be luck to go 6-6 next year.

I say we burn Saban in effigy, throw a brick through his window, take a stihl to some trees, beat our wives, mothers, and sisters, sacrifice a baby elephant in Elmwood cemetery, and all fans over 18 commit ritual suicide the following A-Day as a sign of solidarity as the Bama Nation.

Is that the response you were looking for?
