How much did you guys pay the refs, Kentucky?

There is a huge disparity in the amount of calls you get versus ours. I've spotted many times when you should have been called for stuff. (KAT stepped out of bounds - no call, fouls galore - no calls)
Added blatant ones: KAT elbows the hell out of Horford - no call, Harrison takes 4 steps - no call.

There needs to be a quota system in regards to the amount of calls on highly ranked teams. Part of the reason teams like LSU, Kentucky, and Wisconsin coast to victories is because they don't get called for fouls and are allowed to foul other teams.
Proposal: The higher ranked team in any given game should only be allowed to have 4 more fouls called in favor of them than the lower ranked team.
