I've just bumped 3 thread started by Florida fans giving you the reason people are trolling you about Chip Kelly.

According to those 3 threads Chip Kelly has already been hired and/or it is imminent.

You're right, after the Muschamp and Mac hires I can't for the life of me understand why any Florida fan would be anything more than cautiously optimistic, history tells us the hire will be underwhelming.

I think it would be ebst if you guys just didn't say anything else at all about it.

I agree, and have cringed every time someone has started yet another Chip Kelly thread.

But I'm not entirely sure how the more sane Gator fans are supposed to corral or control the more excitable ones?

You said it's my fault. Clearly, it isn't.

IDGAF about trolling here and no one is trolling me.

Cautiously optimistic? I don't think you guys know the meaning.

Hey, I think you get him. Really. And I think he will do well. But, how about telling us you have him AFTER he actually signs the contract and it is announced?

And I just explained it was meant generally.

That was the point of my post I don't know why other Gator fans are saying it's done. It isn't. I'm on your side here.

How many times has a permanent coach been named prior to the end of the regular season in college football?

You can't, honestly. We have the same problem with some of our fans. Unfortunately it is the sane and reasonable fans that take the brunt of the trolling, because when stuff doesn't happen the pretenders and pot stirrers tend to disappear.

Dude. I don't know. Why don't you ask your fans who keep announcing that Florida has done it?

Why would some random internet poster that may or may not even be a fan of your favorite school embarrass you?

What do you have to do with them?

This only happens if you're trying to hire a coach who is unemployed.

No. I don't pay attention to them. Why would I ask them? They don't know shite.

Do you ask someone that's never left Poland for directions on how to get to the IHOP in Denver from ABQ?

Actually they don't. I was trying to let Florida fans save a little face by saying I understand what they are going through.
