Even then, I dismissed the pro-Bama ref bias conspiracy theory until this season. The phantom call that took away State's TD has got to rank among the worst penalties of all time.

Hey honestly if we had one different call with the ACC refs against Clemson we would be in a NY6. When’s the last time you heard an Aggie complain about pylongate? It’s past now and we are where we are. Play better so the 50/50 calls can’t go against you. I think you’re just bitter because it’s the last year moo state will be relevant and you guys dropped the ball.

My grandfather used to say (whenever I would complain about a call):
Champions Overcome.
Everyone gets bad calls. Losers point to the one call that went against them, and champions overcome. If you didn’t get to the point of being 4th and 25 by derping the first 3 downs, you wouldn’t have been in the position to depend on a flag to get you over the line.
