Not quite 50 I think...

Ive got a box of programs and ticket stubs to every game Ive been to.

Except for the 09 LSU game. I threw my program at a jack arse LSU fan as we were leaving.

Let me see, maximum 7 home games a year....times 30 years old would be 210....still in 20's, so lets count one or two out of town games a year.....damn dude, you are the ultimate fan.

Congrats, you want a medal...

But back to you. Let's say you're in your upper 20's...say, 27. I find it hard to believe that you've attended on average 9 games a year. And that's assuming yo mama swaddled you in a little purple and gold blankie when you were a wee little shite, just so her precious li'l Drac could have piss thrown on him 4.5 games a year in TS.

With that said, I call bullshite.

Why is that so hard to believe? You realize LSU plays more than 9 games a year, right?

I have missed 2 home games since I can remember (99 San Jose State and 2002 South Carolina) and I make a good number of away games every year. I've been everywhere in the conference except Columbia (and Fayettville since we play them in Little Rock) and I attended every LSU game home or away including the bowl in like 7 or 8 different years.

I've been to Tuscaloosa a ton of times. Of the ones I remember, 97, 01, 03, 05 and 07. I'm told I went to Legion Field for the last LSU-Bama game there in 86 and also Tuscaloosa in 88 and 90 but I don't remember those games.

Some people have been to every game home or away for decades, so it's not like I'm anywhere near the lead. I read about some geezer Bama fan who has been to every Tide game since like 1955. It's not like this is that hard to do if you put your mind to it.

I'm with you on this. I've been to every home game since 1991 (except Ark in 1993). Let's say that LSU avg playing 7 home games per year, that's 140 games. Plus I went to at least 1 road game per year in that time frame, multiple a few of those years. Plus 5 bowl games and all SEC Champ games. That's say another 35 games, 175. And I went to probably 25 or so games before 1991. That's 200 games. And I'm 40! I find it hard to believe you've been to over 200 already. Not questioning your heart dude, just saying...

I'm including games from the 80's that I don't remember but my dad says he took me to.

I remember a lot of "going to the games" in that era. In fact my dad would hide his flask on me because the cops wouldn't search him on the way in. i remember a lot of that. I remember dressing up for Halloween as a small child outside the LSU-Ole Miss game in Jackson on Halloween day or eve some time in the 80s and trick or treating at the RVs I just don't have a specific memory of "Oh that was THAT game" from that time. It was the mid 90's when I started putting that together.

I remember reading about an LSU fan who quit his job and went to Arizona after our game with the Sun Devils got moved post Katrina. He had a streak going apparently. No idea what happened to that guy and I wouldn't do that but those people are out there.

First game I went to was in 1979 and every home game from then up till 1986. Then every home game from 1992 till now. Also throw in a bunch of away games (may 8 or 10) and a few bowl games (about 5).

Dunno how many that is but I'm too tired to count it. Time for sleep.

I understand that. I wasn't inferring that you went to every LSU game...that's just the average number of games a year you'd have to attend to reach the 230 you've claimed to have been at (assuming that you are 27). LSU has played 327 games since 1984. I just find it hard to believe that you've attended 70% of LSU's games since birth.

BTW, do you still have your piss-stained purple and gold blankie?
