How many more years will it be before A&M goes to the SECCG

I keep reading some A&M posters saying they are the next up-and-coming SEC West team.....I just don't see it.
How many more years until A&M actually amounts to anything but a Mid-tier SEC Team?

What, you missed their 7OT victory and cup printing celebration? They're satisfied until their next HC.

We beat LSU. That isn’t it? Damn, there’s another secret level.

When does Saban retire? 10 years after that.

With Bama losing so much on offense and breaking in a new oc, if they are going to do it, this would be the year. That goes for most of the west, and leaves SECCG winnable for the east. Not an unrealistic expectation except for Auburn, UT, Vandy and SCar who I think all have new coaches and will have growing pains as they install their systems with players recruited by another.

Ole Miss will make it before fAggy does.

Well they are only 18 years away from hitting the century mark from their last National Championship in football...Hitler was blitzing thru Poland last time it happened...

Honestly if we beat bama then we will go this year. We’re at least in the conversation unlike rapeU

They've been climbing the west ladder under Jimbo, and look to be squarely in the 2 spot.
Hard to beat bama consistently but they'll have their chances.

I’m firmly ensconced in the “once Saban retires” camp.
But some of you act like we’re dreadful.
That’s not exactly fair.

What Steele says: "This year's offensive line has more overall talent and if they gel and quarterback Haynes King is as good as I think he will be, then they are legitimate National Champion contenders despite hosting Alabama and playing LSU on the road."
Our take: One spot away from the College Football Playoff last fall, Texas A&M used that "unfinished business" motivation in a win over North Carolina to close out the season. And there is no doubt Jimbo Fisher will remind his players again as his program continues toward making the next step as a national power. Texas A&M checked in as the No. 3 SEC team in the 247Sports 2021 rankings behind Alabama and Georgia, which is how ESPN, College Football News and Sporting News handicapped the nation's most competitive league as well.

Yes,you don't win shite when you're 2nd place in a division.
Very astute observation.
They're trending in the right direction and will actually make the division interesting.
