Looks like UF admin are just as concerned and decided to schedule 2 FCS opponents in ‘19 so maybe you guys have a chance to sneak in at 5-7 that year.

In defense of the UAA Idaho was a division 1 program when the game was scheduled. We have Miami and Florida State next year after having Michigan and FSU last year. Our scheduling is fine.

Yeah Jimmy Mac and Bret were dumbasses too though with worse rosters, we both fired our coaches for losing that game too. Don’t you think there may be a correlation there? I’m not trying to be an a-hole or anything but LSU having Ed O as your coach is a travesty to a once promising program. I don’t mind LSU not being a championship contender with him but I honestly thought LSU fans would think more of their program. I mean when is the last time LSU had a 0.2% chance to win the SEC according to the FPI? It’s not the end all be all but don’t you notice a downward trend?

I get that Arkansas was good when Jerry and Jimmy Jones played there. I'm just referring to the last 30 years. So yes, I guess that makes me "young."

They'll be in a bowl and improved.
Florida is like Louisiana in that they produce skill players all day long. No problem with wideouts, etc. They struggle to produce interior linemen. Florida has to win with spread concepts. Mcelwain is a great coach at Alabama or Georgia. Not florida. Mullen will bring back the spread the field stuff.
