I don’t think the LSU fans are holding a grudge with Nick Sabin for leaving LSU. I think we dislike any school that blocks our path to the National Championship. And that school happens to be Bama. Saban just happens to be their coach. LSU would probably have 2 to 3 more rings if not for Bama.

One or two rational LUSers will dismiss the notion Alabama stole Saban, but MOST of Tr hates it, is in dispair, or is rationalizing, or is in denial, or is still angry. It will never pass...
It is amazing how often LUSers use the phrase, "little nickie" to refer to Coach Saban, as if that is a pejorative... it actually is entertaining along with the wailing and gnashing of teeth about 1/9/12.

You can’t fault a guy for trying the NFL.
Also last I checked LSU had a coach and the Bama job was open in 2006.

Nado,
LSU has had phenomenal success post Saban. Way better than any other SEC team including UGA which it has clowned on multiple occasions.
