2021 season. They’ll implement some attendance restrictions for 2020 but by 2021 they’ll invite anyone who wants to attend to do so at their own risk and people will attend same as they did before.

The 2021 season will allow full stadiums again.

However, I think attendance will never fully recover. It was already going down and the coronavirus is going to make a lot of season ticket holder types realize how nice watching on a TV can be. I love going to games, but, living far away, it’s just not worth it except for once a year.

It's the preferred attire of most Gamecocks after 4-8. We hide our identities in shame while simultaneously still supporting our team.

Some have predicted that big time college football stadiums will go the route of high end luxury and way less capacity

I agree...and I have a VR set up with NextVR....that is the way of the future with sports. Pay per view on that level will be hard to match...it's like standing on the sideline or standing in the end zone....sitting on top of the basket for basketball...incredible to say the least.

MLB isn’t proposing on starting until July.

So they can play as many games as possible in front of fans starting in August.

Will we be able to have 80,000 fans pack a stadium after the pandemic has ended?

W/r/t Mizzou it reminds me of the old joke:

Patient: Doc, will I be able to play golf after this surgery.
Doc: Of course
Patient: Good because I never could before.

If any of you start it, remember me and send me money. If not, I will use this post to prove I gave you the idea..

I was thinking of that before I finished reading the first post. School colors would be the way to do it. If you want to do the school logo or sell anything with the name of a university on it you'll have to go through all the licensing crap with the schools and the NCAA or risk getting sued in a major way.

I'm gonna have my wife make up a few for me out of some of my old LSU stuff and maybe make up a few for my brother and his kids who are at Mississippi State. But to be honest, they're not good for much more than decoration. Cloth facemasks prevent nothing and are about as effective against Corona as wearing ribbons is against cancer. But if they make us wear them, it might as well be school colors.

Simple answer - will people pack shoulder to shoulder this fall to attend a Trump rally? Of course. Are there enough of those people to pack an SEC stadium to watch the greatest conference on earth? Yes sir!

Dammit! I want to hate Mizzou and kick y'all out of the conference, but every once in awhile an awesome Mizzou fan shows up and I realize y'all ain't all that bad! I think you just became my favorite Mizzou fan on this site.
