The man is not a good coach. He has a losing record at tennessee and plays at Florida, Oklahoma, Alabama, Arkansas, and Georgia. Not to mention tennessee being 0-3 to Missouri. Forget winning the east, are they even going to make it to the end of the season?

After a 7-5 season he'll be on the hot seat. If he goes 8-4 next year he'll stay but if he goes 8-4 again after that he's gone. So I say 2017 he's gone.
