Arkansas after this weekend 3, 10 win seasons in 6years.

South Carolina after this weekend will have 1, 10 win season in 117 years... (1984)

Side note: Only 2, 9 win seasons for USCe in 117 years.

Y'alls program is dog shite of all time therefore stay out of this conversation.

We did win a division title last year, which I think has failed to materialize in Fayetteville.

Yeah, with an impressive 5-3 record in the SEC. Puhlease. You would have been fighting for 4th place in the SEC West this year and last.

Alabama, LSU, and Arkansas could all win the east this year, and Auburn would be fighting with you for second behind Georgia, and could potentially win it as well.

Color me unimpressed.

If Arkansas beats LSU, they should move ahead of Bama, and obviously LSU should be still be ranked ahead of Bama.

why move ark ahead?

out of the three time tiebreaker, Bama is the only team that lost a game at home.

If we beat LSU I'm not sure what is going to happen. However i do think Bama will go to the championship over us.

Even if you beat LSU, you're not going to the SECCG.

Perception about Arkansas' team would change dramatically if they beat LSU @ home. No one really BUYS Arkansas as a legit top 10 team, it seems. Considering we don't have a marquee win this year, that's understandable.

Getting that win would undoubtedly help Arkansas' perception around college football. Considering we're already 6th, I don't think it's outside the realm of possibility that we get a massive bump.

Unlikely? Yes.

Impossible? No.

Just depends on how coaches vote if the scenario played out.

I like our chances. It is kind of like Bobby Knight said about Dale Brown. Some of you young pups probably don't remember it. But Indiana was once playing and NCAA tournament game against LSU where they were getting killed. But they made a big comeback and won the game. After the game, Bobby Knight said that he was ready to quit and thought they couldn't win, then.."I looked down at the other bench and saw Dale Brown sitting there, and I knew we had a chance."

As long as Bobby Petrino is on our sideline and Les Miles is on theirs, I know we have a chance no matter what.

Not to sound "homer-ish", but i honestly believe he can at some point if he gets the defense to perform at the same level as the offense..IMO
