Nah, Coach Saban took a chance and came out throwing a bit with AJ, which worked out. JJ got shut down and since Lee displayed that 'deer in the headlights' look in the 11/5 game, that was pretty much all she wrote. Plus the UA kicking game was improved. The D played well but just too many 3 and outs.

I find myself not even clicking on threads that relate to it. After the events of 1/9, two crystal balls in 3 years, and Saban being at the helm..I just find myself not giving a shite about that game. Nothing that could occur then will equal the outcome of 1/9, and I just find myself thinking about the Hog/UT/UM/AU much, much more. Anyone else feel this way?

Cool......pretending not to care will allow you to say "i told u so" when the arse-whippin happens.

It's funny, how all the sudden, SEC TITLES are meaningless to Bama fans. You can say you don't care about Nov.3rd but if LSU wins Les Miles will be 3-1 out of the last 4 against Saban. You and I both know the finescum gumps will hate that. When LSU win it will have been 1000 days since Bama will have beaten LSU in a SEC game and will definitely make a claim for Miles as the top coach in the sec.

I'm excited for it bc it's LSU's only challenging game on the schedule. Win that one and we will assuredly be in Miami

If LSU makes it to the BCS title game, it won't bother me at all for them to keep the SEC streak alive.

The fact that the OP felt he had to make a thread about how much he doesn't care........... shows he cares

I had started one just a little earlier:
Opening weekend for SEC football
Starting with "Taking a step back from the LSU/UA fixation which apparently renders the other 12 teams nothing more than audience members: "
then a schedule and some questions. That one died and this is on page 3 so apparently the fixation wins out.

it won't mean more than 1/9 for UA fans.

So you're saying a National Championship game is more meaningful than a regular season game? I'm astounded, do go on

you damn straight...LSU could win the next 10 games in a row and it still wouldn't make up for what happened on 1/9
