No excuse but saw a stat that said only 32 players on the roster were recruited to OU. Once Dillon Gabriel and about every defensive starter at DB went down the wheels came off. That offense didn’t have a QB that could complete a pass and the DBs that had to start didn’t even know where to line up. BV will get it sorted out with DG and some others coming back this week, but the 2023 class is what will turn it around.

A bigger program checked OU, punched them in the mouth and took their things, I mean usc is the new Oklahoma right now. Suspect D with an offense Powerful enough to win a bad conference and contend for a playoff spot.

People forget OU won 6-7 games by less than 7 points and then beat a depleted Oregon team by a lot. We almost lost to Kansas last year . This was 2 years coming. OU also lost 4-5 defensive draft picks . Couple that with losing 3 qbs 2 of which were 5 stars and 2 five star wrs…. Not to mention all the recruits we lost by Riley leaving .New coaching staff who is trying to get older kids to do stuff they can’t do. The most important piece is Gabriel was out . OU will be okay this week may not win but we won’t look like we did last week it’s impossible .OU in 2-3 years will be back in the playoffs mark it down. OJ setting at number 3 right now in recruiting .

He hasn't thus far. To say he isn't very heavy handing in the game plan would be a lie.
He is also always been a mad man on the sideline. He is trying to be more subdued etc. I think that is a mistake, we need crazy intense Brent. That is a large part of what has gotten his guys to play hard in the past.

I don't know. But, if you aren't taking Kansas +9 you're missing another excellent chance for some free money. I tried to tell you guys last week that aTm +24 (vs Alabama) was free money LINK and most of you laughed at me.
