How is Oregon, Utah, and BYU ranked above State?

State has more games played against P4 teams (3). Byu has only played. Oregon has played 2 and lost 1, and Utah has played 2 (Arkansas and Iowa State. So basically zero).

This is why official polls shouldn't exist before week 5 or 6.
You stick a team in a spot they don't deserve in the preseason and refuse to drop them because of their name.

The media is doing everything possible to give Notre Dame a top 10 matchup.

It doesn’t matter. Keep winning and it will all work out
We have Alabama, LSU, Oklahoma and Texas coming up. So if we want to be a top 10 team we must take care of business. Win those games an we will be top 5

I’d be happy winning 2 of them, honestly. I think SC and Miz are probably kind of middlin teams this year.
