Auburn is #8 because it lost to UGA and LSU by a combined 10 pts and return most of the skilled positions.

I think they will beat UGA, but Auburn voodoo only applies at Jordan Hare unless Cam is there. Also Aub needs to start the season at like #17-25 or unranked. Starting off top ten almost always turns out bad for y'all. Should be a good iron bowl but Alabama will get revenge for Auburn knocking the out of the playoffs last year. Also Alabama will be more run based so I think that will favor them a lot against Aub's new d-line.

Clarke it was me that claimed your wife was using the whole fist. If you think losing J Davis is a bad thing then can you please explain why if I team needed a first down on and 3rd and Long they would throw a fade at Davis and get an automatic first down?

The SEC has so much more talent than the rest of the country. Early season is actually more a reflection of this than anything else. Auburn is more talented than Oklahoma, but Oklahoma is routinely top 5 because they have a joke of a schedule.
