What's the difference? Your team blows chode at two out of the three anyway, but I'm sure you believe football is all that matters.

I have heard of the "Look at me " syndrome but this is pretty pathetic even for you

Bowl games are a horrible way to dictate whether a program is good. It only means that a team won atleast 5 or 6 games. Should look at new year six bowls. Making it to a baseball regional is also a dumb way to dictate a program I'd tell you to base it off of the teams in omaha but can settle with a super.

The football equivalent to making the tournament in basketball would probably be a 9+ win season. Bowl games aren't much of an accomplishment

more like 7-8 wins, depending on OOC scheduling. Teams are making basketball tournament with .500 or even sub .500 conference records

That is too selective if you are going to use the other standards in baseball and basketball. It should be at least 8-9 wins though for football.

Instead of listing teams that went to " a bowl game " it should be just the playoffs.... Can't win a championship unless you play in the tourney. I didn't see any teams that went to the N.I.T...... so fair is fair .

Didn't Ole Miss cheat in all 3?

Can we kick Bama out after every football season then bring them back in the fall? That school is a joke at everything sans football.

If you are going to include teams that made the tournament then it seems you have to include football bowl teams.
if you just go with playoffs, then at most you should only include Elite 8 in basketball and CWS (Omaha).
That is probably a better way to do your numbers. Teams that made CF Playoffs, Omaha, and Elite eight.

IIRC the only sport that UF did not make post season is WBB. That coach was fired.

I thought it was established that the big 3 are football, basketball, and hockey.

Thought it would be more interesting to look at conference wins for each of the teams for the big 3 sports- eliminating strength of out of conference schedule. Also, in order to weight each of the 3 sports equally, I extrapolated football and basketball win totals to a 30 game in conference schedule (in line with baseball), based on win %. The results look a little bit different- but here is how the conference standings would look across all 3 sports.
Note: Vandy and Alabama each got a loss for their tie in baseball... just because I felt like it. And Tennessee played less games than everyone else... probably because Butch Jones was hosting a life Championship during the baseball season. If you look at it by division, it would be another Alabama vs. UF SEC Championship. With UF the heavy favorite to win 2 out of 3 sports.
1) Florida 67-23
2) Kentucky 61-29
3) Alabama 52-38
4) Arkansas 49-40
5) Auburn 46-44
6) Texas A&M 44-46
7) South Carolina 44-47
8) Vandy 43-46
9) LSU 43-47
10) Georgia 41-49
11) Ole Miss 38-52
12) Miss State 38-52
13) Tennessee 35-53
14) Missouri 25-65
ETA: Just an additional side note on how bad Missouri is... Clemson had more SEC wins than Missouri in both football and basketball

Should making a bowl nowadays really be considered an accomplishment? I'd say at least 8 wins before the bowl games to be considered ok.
