This. Arky would be a better matchup, imo.

You can't possibly be serious here?

You guys look terrible this year. USCe and UGA made you look like the shitty Big12 team you are.

You have no room to say this wouldn't be a coin toss and I say James Franklin would not win close game because he obviously doesn't have the "it" factor that leaders have.

Texas looks pretty good this year, and UGA is terrible OOC.

Thank you, voice of reason. Why do so many people think Mizzou would lose that match up?

kU this season:
South Dakota State
W31-17
1-0 (0-0)

Rice
L25-24
1-1 (0-0)

#16 TCU
L20-6
1-2 (0-1)

Northern Illinois
L30-23
1-3 (0-1)

This. Unless Ash has had the gods touch his arm during the off season, he is largely suspect against a solid D. Texas will lose to OU, K State, and possibly W Va.

They have a good defense but the QB play is their Achilles.

Mizzou would utterly destroy Iowa state.

We also beat Arizona State with our backup QB. We were beating UGA late in the third quarter and collapsed in the fourth quarter. I'm not arguing that we are good, but kU might be the worst AQ conference team this season.

I know for a fact that you have not actually seen Kansas play (a stretch to even use that word) football this year if you think they would come close to beating Missouri.

Ha I haven't.

I have just seen Missouri play. Reading their schedule, I was wrong.

But Missouri still sucks

Kansas lost to Rice...Mizzou hung with UGA and beat Arizona State. I don't see how anyone picks Kansas to beat Mizzou, based on the results thus far.

Mizzou looks pretty medicre, but Kansas is downright shameful. Of the matchups Chicken has in the OP, I would actually be most inclined to bet on Mizzou. That's how truly awful the Jayharks are.

I had no clue how bad Kansas was. I just like ruffling Mizzou feathers.

Hugo picked Kansas over Mizzou

I think a little butt drool dripped out into my underwear. Come on, Hugo...troll better than that.

Mizzou loses late to #7 Georgia, outplaying them most of the game. Mizzou was destroyed by number #6 SC with a lameduck QB that everyone expected to perform better.

We've lost to two top 10 teams, and you pick bumfrick weak arse Kansas.

You crazy, bro. Crazy.

Upon further review I probably agree. Although, Bama would run through Kansas St like a wet paper towel. Bill Snyder can only coach up that talent so much.

Really the only team in that top 10 I think is truely dangerous though would be K-State. They are a grind it out team.

Unfortunately for them they are not matched against Miss St. in that list. If they played Bama it would look like the Michigan State game.

We look better than Texas.

And in the last five years, UGA is 12-4 against BCS Conference opponents. W/O GA Tech, we are 6-3. Against all OOC opponents, we are 18-6.

Not terrible, especially when the last five years contained some of the worst of Richt's tenure.

We would smack Texas to the back row.
