My bad for trying to legitimately comment on something on a troll board.

Anyway, It is probably way more than 3-4x, I'm just guessing. That stuff is publicly available, and if I were to look it up, I'd likely find my estimates to be conservative.

That's the spirit! Just keep making stuff up! If anybody links something that proves you wrong, attempt to impeach the source without offering a competing source!

Expert level: Make up people that you meet that are convinced that the fans of the team you hate are stupid and that you're a super genius. Have them say things like, "I thought all people from the south were stupid, but I guess it's just fans of (insert rival team here)."

Uh, yes. Your entire past about Vandy law being 16 and Bama being 21 was based on purely made up statistics fabricated in your head. I'm not even taking a position on whether Bama deserves to be within 5 spots of Vandy. I'm saying all of you are just making shite up to try to prove your argument that Bama is beneath school X.

I'm sure you take great pride in the fact that your hat has a symbol on it that resembles the symbol used for Alabama's law school, but the fact is that you're contesting a pretty blatantly obvious point based on something you really have no competency in.

And FFS, since when are you Alabama people afraid of a little fabrication.

By all means, let's go head to head on law school data. Go ahead, provide your first resource.

Ok, ok, you win. Throw out all the rankings which are based on a flawed quantitative system. There is no defense to this indictment you have provide here.

Wow. That is some awkward syntax right there.

The fact that you're confusing an obviously qualitative system with a true quantitative one is cute.

So, you linked data, but how are you going to be able to argue with such brilliance as "Everybody knows this isn't true" and "A couple of anonymous people on this football-related board has already destroyed their methodology with a bunch of shite they made up"?

I guess I will have to claim another championship and bang my head against my bathroom (I mean office) wall

But really, no barners want to refute their engineering school's decline? You admitted almost every single candidate that applied and had what, around a 33% yield rate? UA admitted around 60% of the people that applied and had around a 50-60% yield. Not to mention UA's higher SAT scores.

This is just my game. Still waiting. Let's start with average LSAT for entering classes, proceed.

Really??? Are you a Saban era fan? You have no idea how volatile the fan base can be....people where yelling for Stallings head becuase he wouldn't change his offense.

Son, I'm 66 years old and was born and raised in Tuscaloosa. I sold peanuts at Alabama football games when it was just Denny Stadium and Ears Whitworth was the coach (a term used loosely for him). I've drank whiskey and shot craps with Coach Bryant at Indian Hills Country Club and been around Alabama athletics for over a half a century.
You see, I've been an Alabama fan for a long time.

When I was considering law schools, Bama's was actually a serious contender for me, along with places like Vandy, UNC, Northwestern, and UVA. They're no Yale, to be sure, but it's a mistake to underrate them based purely on your feelings about the issue. It's a well-regarded law school.

(I decided on grad school instead, incidentally, because I realized I hated the idea of being a lawyer.)

Nothing to refute. AU engineers will continue to be in greater demand and make more money because they got a better education and did not attend a second rate school like UAT.

Results matter lil gump. AU grads make a lot more money than UAT grads because they get better educations.

Facts gonna fact. Proof is in the pudding. Etc.

We can't bust heads like we used to, but we have our ways. One trick is to tell 'em stories that don't go anywhere - like the time I caught the ferry over to Shelbyville. I needed a new heel for my shoe, so, I decided to go to Morganville, which is what they called Shelbyville in those days. So I tied an onion to my belt, which was the style at the time. Now, to take the ferry cost a nickel, and in those days, nickels had pictures of bumblebees on 'em. Give me five bees for a quarter, you'd say.

Now where were we? Oh yeah: the important thing was I had an onion on my belt, which was the style at the time. They didn't have white onions because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big yellow ones...

I came very close to going to Alabama. Paid a deposit, actually. And in honesty, the recruitment to Alabama was by far the best I encountered in selecting a law school.

But you go there for different reasons than you'd go to Vandy, NW, or UVA, all of which are decidedly national schools. UNC, I think, is probably a better national choice too, but they've really moved around a lot lately, and are one of the schools I'm talking about when I refer to schools passed by Bama that still probably have better faculty, job prospects, difficult admission standards, etc.
