These are just my opinions. I'm sure you may have a different opinion. I've watched all of the RB's, and Bo as well as Earl just seemed a notch above in college. Walker was good and I would take him for sure. Peterson and Henry as well.

That's cool. I've just never seen anyone who actually thought a rb was better than Walker not named Bo.

These list are always subjective and difficult. Especially considering the great RB's on the list to choose from. Not really with the criteria set, but Barry Sanders would certainly be another I'd put in my top RB's list

Maybe help me understand why you think Earl was better than Herschal? Just comparing stats HW played one fewer season than Campbell and still out rushed him by over 800 yards. HW had 3 seasons over 1600 yards rushing while Campbell only had 1.

I don't think Earl was used correctly until later in his college career. I don't know how to explain it other than Bo and Earl just seemed like these unstoppable forces on the field. Like they were playing against peewee leagues or like Jim Brown did to the NFL. Best explanation I can give

Almost like a 235 pound rb the size of a defensive lineman but also the fastest man on the field. Kind of like Herschel Walker

It is what it is. Have a great night.

Derrick Henry was a system Running back

Maybe... but only if we acknowledge the system is hand the ball to derrick.

Hate Texas but Earl is my favorite player ever. Honestly instead of ranting 1-10 I would do tiers Earl, Bo and Herschel are in the top tier. Got to remember Earl played much time as a Fullback in the Bone and not an I-Back.

LF7

Bust

Well that's not true either. He is a Superbowl champ, and as far as intelligence goes, jumping on the chance to play with Tom Brady is smart. LF7 is not a bust. Henry is bigger, stronger, faster, and is why he is a Heisman winner, has a streak of 2000 plus yard season going, and is currently the best running back in the world, hands down. No NFL team wouldn't trade their best running back for Henry, including the Bucs. That's a fact. But Henry being better than LF7 and always has been, doesn't make LF7 a NFL bust.

Tell me you don't know anything about football without saying you don't know anything about football.

Nobody was better than Walker.

He carried the team in the national title game.

His prime (literally about five years between his senior year in college and his first few years in the NFL) was very short but at his best Earl Campbell was a freight train of a RB. There aren't too many RB's who are both Heisman winners and Pro Hall of Famers.

Earl Cambell was a wrecking machine with the Houston Oilers. Shame they couldn't break the door down. But Bum Philips and the guys were a heap of fun.

Might as well add Ricky Williams to the discussion.

This dude is overlooked because he liked weed before it was cool. Ricky was a machine. Hell, the guy ran for over 10,000 yards in the NFL, more than Earl.
