He’s installing an offense that’s not typically seen in the conference.
He’s got a transfer QB coming in.
Could be a disaster. Could be better than expected.
Should be a fun ride, at least.

My prediction:
13-0, we coming.
Transfer QB is the new Burrow.
LSU loses bigly.
Saban loses and retires.
AM loses and fires Jimboo
Arkansas and Kentucky lose in a close, well fought game.
Ole Miss beats themselves.

Miss State beats Kentucky in Atlanta, then beats whocares in the championship.

Will bump after season to see how much I got right.

His first season at WSU was 3-9. His first season at TT was 7-6. It takes a few years to get that offense up and humming. Doesn't happen overnight.

I don't think you can really compare what he's taking over at MSU to what he took over at WSU

I’m sorry that I left Auburn out of my predictions. Auburn will be undefeated going into Mississippi State weekend.

I think he's got better talent than those places, although he also has harder competition.

His QB is very mature and experienced.

Also new to the system without spring practice to adjust.

This is true.

Not having Spring and partial Summer will be really hard for the guys trying to learn the new system.

Between 3 (Year 1 at Washington State) and 7 (Year 1 at Texas Tech) wins.

He wasn't going to be enrolled in time for spring practice anyways

If Arkansas is a close game you ain't going 13-0.

I say 6 wins is very likely with a decent shot at 7.

If the wheels completely come off then 4-5 with at least one "OMG" loss.

6 wins with State beating the teams they should beat and putting the fear of Dog into some of the good teams will set him up to do better next year. It is a rebuild so you go slow with expectations and like other new HCs he is going to be over the barrel in trying to get his system in place during all this.

In Leach's 8 years at Washington State, he had one 4-star player on defense. MSU will have nine 4-stars on defense just this year.

There is a consistent supply of 4-star and underrated 3-star defensive recruits in State's recruiting area. State has had excellent to decent defenses under Sherrill/Croom/Mullen/Moorhead and numerous DC's. Not counting Peter Sirmon.

Leach's offense with better defenses? That's exciting.

Don't bother. This would be like waiting for bloated

Five or six losses, lots of immature tweets, blaming players in press conferences and a red-hot transfer portal.
