If you beat Georgia you're in... period.
Tenn may have a shot if you lose. If you win, no way they put 3 SEC teams in.
One of Ohio State and Michigan is in. Then one of TCU/USC/Clemson unless they all just absolutely implode the rest of the way.
LSU did just that at FSU!

As a Vol I am pretty certain we will not get in. But it’s ok because our team has far exceeded our expectations for the year when we was expecting 2 to 3 loses.

Easy
Didn’t win their division
Didn’t win their conference
If TCU and USC win out it will probably be
SEC champ
B1G champ
TCU
USC
Should LSU win out, there’s a fair chance USC stays home and both Georgia and LSU make it. Georgia will have won their division, and be the defending champions. 2 pretty big pluses in their column.
No matter what else happens (save Georgia dropping a game before the SECCG which won’t happen), if LSU wins out the stinking Vols are eliminated.
The stinking Vols have a chance, but they need a lot of help. I’m not sure they stay ahead of a 1-loss ACC champ.

Others more deserving get in. It is Tennessee’s fault for not beating Georgia. The committee always looks at conference champs first, which Tennessee is not one. There is a good chance of filling all slots that way, right now. The committee will then look to best matchups. Tennessee possibly has a 5% chance at most of sneaking in.
Every single sentence of this is complete and utter nonsense.

Tcu, USC, Clemson, and lowly UNC all would be locks over UTk if they win their conferences with 1 loss or better.
This statement is complete balderdash. I cannot stress this enough.

It’s called winning your conference.
It’s not that hard to understand, really.
1 loss and a P5 Conf title is better than 1 loss without one…. And no matter how you slice it..
UT will have played 9 P5 teams, while USC will have played 11, Clemson played 11, TCU , 11. UNC would be 10.
So more wins, same losses, more p5 games, p5 championship.
It’s really not that hard to understand
It's hard to understand why you and others believe this to be an actual criteria. This isn't the NCAA basketball tournament. We aren't giving automatic bids.
The focking committee was literally designed to provide the flexibility to keep out a conference champion that is inferior to a team that didn't win its conference.
I mean, LITERALLY, this was the fricking design behind it.

Dude, stfu. You're making us look bad. Stop being a cuck.
We're gonna get in.

Ok. We will just leave out LSU

We can snipe at each other all day, but the truth is LSU has a greater challenge than any other team. If they beat Ga, three SEC teams deserve to all be there more than any other. It would be something to be proud of, but also damn frustrating if only one made it in.

And it’s hard to understand, why you can’t get it through you head.. that the committee. Gas never , not once.. put a non Div champ, much less Conf champ with 1 loss in over a p5 Conf champ with 1 loss or less.. period, end of discussion..
Tennessee IS NOT GETTING IN over Clemson, TCU, UNC, or USC if they are a champ with 1 loss.
It ain’t freaking happening.. I GUARANTEE IT!!

LOL...UGA would against WHO 9 of 10? Yea, ok! Since 2008, LSU is 4-2 with UGA.
In whatever mystery land this can actually happen….
And 4-4 against UGA since 2004, I’m not sure the arbitrary nature of selecting 2008.
UGA “barely” beat Kent State by 17
the way LSU barely lost to TN by 27.
At least be honest in your hyperbole.

While your logic is sound, can't we just leave them out for the sheer entertainment value?
