I love the look of the traditional Dawg unis, but black jersey, red helmet and silver britches is the best combo. Why we don't save it for the last home game every season is a mystery.

South Carolina actually has black in their logo.
Tennessee does not.
UGA, SC, Vanderbilt, and Mizzou are really the only teams that have black in their logo.

SC wears black jerseys 3-4x per year, and wears all black at least 1x a season, usually 2x.
Again, black is part of their color palette. It's not part of UTK's. It's weird when a team that doesn't have black as part of its colors tries to use it as a primary. The aggie blacks last week looked stupid.

If Black is one of their primary colors shouldn’t 100% of their uniforms feature Black?
White is not a primary color for USC yet they feature White in all but their Alternate uniforms. Black and Maroon need to be the only colors they wear right?

Every one of SC's uniforms *do* feature black, you dolt. There isn't a uniform that SC has worn in the last 20 years that doesn't have black trim or something on it. The school's colors are Garnet and Black, and they're featured *in that order.* Every uniform has black on it, even the road whites.
Have you ever watched a Carolina football game? I mean, literally any one of them?

And for the record, I actually really like the UTK Smoky Greys, and the mountains on the helmet. Even though that doesn't represent all of Tennessee, it's a unique and interesting take on UTK's distinct geography.
I just don't like UTK, or UK, or aTm using black as a primary. It's odd to me. LSU and Bama don't do that, because they're not their colors. Dunno why other schools do, honestly.

No. We rotate between three sets of pants, three jersey's and three helmet combos. Since you went to UT, I'll tell you that is 27 possible uniform combinations.

I liked them, also like the Aggie script and glad we are using it more like baseball.
Need more Ol Sage as well, loved the baseball gear last year with him.

That’s a lie. They use black trim but are generally Maroon, White, Camo, etc.
Maybe it’s concept of FEATURE that’s is beyond you. Every USC uniform should be a mix of Maroon and Black as the only 2 colors. There is no need for a road Whites in the modern age but if you want road whites then drop Black or Maroon.

So USC has 2 actual uniforms that use their school colors? White is not a USC color so 4 are not in your color colors.

LSU wore blue/white before purple and gold. Doesn’t mean wearing blue uniforms wouldn’t look stupid

I don’t like all the grey concepts either if it’s not your school color avoid it.
