Sec has top 2 teams in football and 3 other teams ranked in the top 25. No other conferance would be called weak with that resume. The bottom half is pretty bad, but we have 2 legit title contenders so it washes out imo.

This narrative is being pushed to discredit anything positive in LSUs season. These fans hate Ogeron they are not real Tiger fans and they will continue to look for any excuse to knock our team. They’re the disgusting cancer of this fanbase.

I think it’s because the sec slowly got away from what made them dominant. Big nasty linemen focusing on power running games, as well as stellar defense.

Schools started hiring subpar coaches that want to line up 5 wide and throw it 45 times per game. We lost our identity. I also think the defenses have suffered due to the offensive focus.

Malzahn doesn't belong on that list, and Muschamp has only two losses this season so far.

quote:

1. Saban cherry picks the best players from each SEC state, whether they play or not is irrelevant. They arent playing for their home team.
2. Saban stockpiles position coaches and coordinators on his ghost staff. They aren’t available else where.
3. Even if you get past Bama in the regular SEC season you get to play them again in the playoffs even though they aren’t conference champs.
4. SEC office and game officials display a Bama bias.
5. Easier to get in the playoffs elsewhere. See the big 10.

Not a single mention about things that are your own program's fault.

The SEC is down in terms of absolute play (as is all of college football), but may be the best in terms of relative play.

The SEC is tied with the PAC12 for the most top 25 teams with 5, but the SEC has the number 1 and 2 teams, the PAC12's top team is Wash at 12. The SEC also has USCe at 6-2, UK at 6-2, and A&M at 5-3

Unranked USCe beat NC State, upper tier ACC; a bad UT team beat GT, med ACC; bad Vandy beat KSU, med Big12; UGA beat top 5 ND.
