His personal struggles have been his own making, but at least he makes public strides to be a better person and acknowledge those faults.
Compared to many other douche bag coaches, he just catches crap because he is successful.

Being serious here for a moment, of course many football recruits have not had easy lives. I think Sark being honest with the team about his own struggles definitely helps our football players relate positively to him…
How many of us have not had our own struggles to overcome? … I’ve got to admire those like Sark who can get it together and move forward again…

I do honestly chuckle at every Longhorn game I attend in person, because our band does actually play a whole lot of Broadway show tunes, while aggy band in contrast plays Sousa and countermarches…
But y’all drive everyone fricking crazy playing Boomer Sooner every dang minute, and y’all seem to get too excited and tip over that little land grabbing Sooner Schooner wagon y’all have with some regularity…
