Once its all done in 2015, our east side second and third decks will be off center by about six yards or so

Why? Founder's Suites?

Because we are moving the feet south 18 feet and rebuilding the whole west side, but the second and third east decks will be the same old decks and thus moving the field will render them off center.

Might be a stupid question, but what is the Lawton Room? Is it for the AD, recruits...?

Was the old football meeting room, back before the new Football Operations Center was built.

It's used for Sports Management classes now IIRC.

Edit: The Football Operations Center is in the top center of the picture:

If this is what it will look like when done, that's about the same as Tiger Stadium:

This picture gives an idea of just how little working room there was for the expansion project

That picture makes Tiger stadium look real enclosed from an aerial aspect. That's intimidating.

Also shows our most unflattering side.

Tiger Stadium is ridiculous. Inside it looks awesome and amazing. Based on the pics of the exterior here it's just about as intimidating as any athletic facility I've ever seen.

As far as fan experience goes, there's no better. Easy to get to and from your seat...plenty of exits. Lots of chair back seats, more than any other stadium in the SEC. And all the seats are pretty close to the field.

Even the new expansion seats are no farther away than the first few rows of the sideline upper decks:

Can't wait!

They're from the athletic department, not from me!
I always appreciate your gracious comments, ToG.
