My only concern is the amount of endzone seating. Almost half the seats in the stadium will be in the endzones, as opposed to other stadiums that size where about 30-35% are in the endzones.

Thats a lot of "bad" seats to fill up for teams like Lamar and Rice.

I'm in the Zone and LOVE my seats.
With the new video boards going up, I don't think there will be a bad seat in the house.

I hope so, Im just used to my time as a student where the corners of the zone where sparse for all but 2-3 games a year.
