That's the stadium club. It's more than four rows, it's just the entrance to the stadium club splits the section. So when you come out of the portal you either go down to the four rows or up the stairs to the rest of the section
Yeah I misunderstood him. All the purple colored seating in Tiger Stadium is premium seating. The plain aluminum benches are the general seating. The yellow seats are season ticket only seats.
The only general seating in the new SEZ expansion is up at the very top. There's 1,500 general seats, all visitor seating.
If you are a visitor to Tiger Stadium, and it's a day game, I'd recommend you try for the SEZ. The heat up at the top of the east upper deck can be brutal during day games.

We're underbuilt and underpriced.
Our endzone expansion is designed for another 22 stacked on top of the current 22 -- basically just removing the lower half of the "Scoreboard Club" seating and turning it into suites.
Designed for a 7k seat upper deck too -- but that "need" is years away...

What makes the yellow on the sidelines premium? Just because its arm chair? It looks like they share the concourse with the entire sideline upper deck.
If that is the case then Kyle have a bout 20-30K in premium seating.

Technically only purple seating is premium. Those are club and suite seats.

Wasn't really referring to those as premium seats. The chairbacks in the lower bowl are season ticket only and are the best the lower bowl can offer.
LSU offers two types of premium seating: Stadium Club and Tiger Den Suites. The west upper deck has 3,200 Stadium Club seats. The east upper deck offers 70 Tiger Den Suites.
The new SEZ expansion will offer 66 Tiger Den Suites and 3,000 Stadium Club seats. As well as 1,500 general seats...for visitors...and 800-1,000 standing room only (SRO) spaces.

You're right of course. The yellow is all season ticket only, not really considered premium seats, but they are nice. As I posted before in another thread, LSU really takes care of it's fans with the amount of chairback seats available.

I get so confused with Kyle's 2-stage construction...can you find a link so I can correct the info?
Right now its only the Zone Club. Soon it will be a bigger Zone Club (NEZ), 4 different West Clubs, and Loge Boxes.
Not counting the Loge Boxes, I believe, the premium clubs are 7,130 based on a seat selection thread on TexAgs premium.
The boxes aren't large. I'd estimate >9,000 premium seats.

Lots of dick measuring in this thread.

Thanks, I'll correct that. Your school's website is hard to get that info from.

So what's the number now, 7,130?

Idk. Probably 1900.
Okies. FWIW, most of the schools make getting that info akin to pulling teeth. Without anesthetics.
I've come to appreciate LSU's website in that regard. Could be easier, but it's all within a couple of clicks.
