They're generically called digital street furniture by daltronics. They will be used to show replays, school events, stadium maps, etc.

There will be many of them around Kyle.

Aggies, this is phase one correct? It's opening for play this season then going back under construction, correct?

I tried to tell this to an Aggie I work with be he insist the thing is 100% done.

Nope, this is phase 2 and it's pretty much done. Phase 1 after '13 season was replacing 1st deck east side and building the south end zone.
