I am way too critical of LSU fans, but I realize Saban came to Alabama via LSU and he is also part of their heritage, and I salute you

And in 2007 he had absolutely no players taken anywhere in the draft.

Shula didn't leave him with a bare cupboard...several guys Shula signed were drafted the next two years...but Saban inherited no NFL quality seniors at all.

...but you don't think Trevor Lawrence could have signed a million dollar deal while at Clemson?

How about Tua?

College football just became a little more like the NFL. For better or worse.

Coach Bryant wouldn't promote one...he NEVER liked individual recognition awards, even for himself.
