You think he gets fired midseason?

David Lee may have the worst offense in the SEC

Remember, Lee had the best backfield in the country when he came to Arkansas. Did he calling plays at Arkansas? I don't think so. Everyone knew that Nutt brought him in as a means to expel Malzahn. Did he call plays Saturday? More than likely, but I'd be willing to bet that Nutt had veto power.

I think Lee has a decent understanding of offensive dynamics but not from a strategic angle, in game situations where quick and effective decisions are required.

also, richt and mcgarity only have known each other for a year. mcgarity is straight forward with him, not a bad or good relationship really.

I heard a rumor that if Georgia loses to South Carolina this weekend, then Georgia will fire Richt and have somebody finish out the season. Or maybe they will have him finish out the season. Similar to Zook at Florida.

why would Penn St. make a move after this year? There is nothing to make us believe Paterno is done after this year that I've heard about.

I predict that Richt resigns, Nutt throws his name in the hat for the UGA job and Sexton gets him a raise from Ole Miss.

$6 million buy out keeps Nutt's seat pretty dang chilly.

I've been told all it will take is 2 or 3 phone calls and Nutt's buyout will be paid in full.

I don't think Richt is going to finish this season.

This is kind of what I see, as well- barring an incredible turnaround.

It's really too bad....I think they're both good men. It's all about the winning, though....When times get tough, people demand better.

If OM boosters had half the influence and money that their fans think they do he would already have been gone. Heard the rumors about the checkbooks coming out after the Egg Bowl last year. Nutt is still here. Face it, losing two in a row to State would have done it if they had the money.

i haven't really heard that, i doubt they would fire him mid season, especially after 2 games. he may resign but not too soon

Fwiw, I think Georgia beats SC 31-27. I saw it in a dream.

Just wait and see how that $50 million campaign works out. People with the money are only writing checks if Boone leaves with Nutt.
