Yep. He would be crazy to willfully sit out a year when he could just go to a small school for one season, delete Twitter, stay out of trouble, and get drafted by the Raiders or Bengals.

Cann't see it on several levels. How would he keep up scholastically & stay eligble? How would he stay in football shape? More importantly, with no drug testing, how would he stay straight? Rather doubt he can afford to pay his own tuition as well. And if he plays at a McNeese or elsewhere this season, he will get drafted.
